A recipe for Monday

One of my favorite white knits from Zara

What is this day made of?

- A good amount of the relaxing night sleep and waking up at 10 am totally ready for this day
- A delicious and long breakfast: porridge made of oats and fresh blueberries with a touch of sweet honey, a cup of raspberry tea and a banana
- Getting ready in the daylight (no more crappy make up in the poor light!), listening to the Passengers and singing to their song Let Her Go the whole time
- Walking to the Uni, doing one exam and walking back home- happy that is's done!
- Enjoying the sunshine the whole day, feeling the warmth on my face - knowing that the spring is already here!
- Preparing a curd with some berries as a pre-workout snack, delicious!
- Doing a workout- 20 mins on crosstrainer + arms and abs
- Having a refreshing and warm shower- doing the peelings and smelling like a raspberry the rest of this evening... :)
- Enjoying my time on the sofa, watching my favorite TV series and doing myself a delicious afternoon snack and meal... One of my favorite rye bread recipes: 100% organic rye bread with no additives, half of avocado, one boiled egg, a good amount of black pepper and a pinch of  sea salt on the beauty... That´s just too good!
- Enjoying my good night- hot chocolate with cinnamon and cayenne pepper and some whipped cream on it... :) Delicious, but leave the cream- it just made it taste worse than it could be! :D
- And soon... I will put my head to the pillow and start dreaming about good things... :)

Belief is a beautiful armor

I can´t move. My workout yesterday was really intense, when I came back home it was really, I mean extremely hard to walk! My legs were shaking and it felt like they could just collapse any second. I looked probably like a spaghetti walking on the moon. :) Today I just can´t move at all... :) I still have to drag myself to the school to get rid of one exam (6km's here I come...). Thank God it starts this afternoon and I am able to eat a proper breakfast (apple, latte and full oatmeal) and study some more. :) I wish the sun shows itself soon again, I really need it to cheer me up. Even if I really do enjoy the rain at evenings, I hate to wake up hearing it and knowing that I have to walk to the school without a rubber boots... I really want Nokia's yellow Hai's! They look just too cute :)!

I love the melody and the part where the Na naananaanana... starts :)

Infinity

Yo, say hello to me and my morning glory... *facepalm.
I was at the uni this morning. I did one exam (physiology) and walked about 3km:s. After that I went to the grocery store and managed to spent 46 euros on food... :D Just like me again. I´m about to go running again around that mini-lake for an hour. I think it should feel nice after a little break from it... :S I´m just super tired all the time and I´m really not ready to wake up at 8 am every morning this week. :( I´d rather sleep. But no, I have to study also this week. I´m having one exam this thursday again. I hope it´s not too hard! :)

Minna had left the building for one week. She is in Dubai now! I do envy her at the moment :D I would like to travel somewhere again... I just can´t imagine that only one and a half month ago I was abroad... :o time really passes by soon... I should like at least start planning on a trip to Helsinki... :D Like it even counts...

we have a driveway to explore, you and me + photos from pipefest

I really love this song below, it makes me want to dream about everything. Right now I´m having this biggest desire to go off to the road and travel. I really need it, I can´t imagine that I´ve been an entire year in Finland now. Last summer was really nothing when compared with all the previous ones. It had it´s own great things like Pipefest (I´ll put some photos below), midsummer fest etc but... I need mountines and the ocean, that dry heat and all little pretty things like sound of grasshoppers and really clear nightsky. I want to get my smirnoff with just one euro and eat the best but still cheap pizza and tikvica (it has squash in it + it´s too good to be true :D). This is still not a summer fever, I just want to go to a place where I can´t go often. It can be Helsinki too or just a lonely cottage somewhere. Luckily we have some plans now and I´m just waiting to see if they´re going to happen.

Finally I got my 10 hours sleep. I´ve been really exhausted fter the RUK cource celebration and my 3 exams during this week + school. At least we made some orange, grapefruit and lemon juice at laboratory because we were kinda bored and it was really delicious! I could start making my own juices from now on. The ones from stores... are not even worth comparing with.

I´m waiting my girl Jenna to come here from Jyväskylä. I´m really keen of seeing her again! I just can´t wait to have her around :) Now I´ll put some photos from the Pipefest last summer- it was the best time I and we had. I was there with 9 girls from Jyväskylä and then our friends arounf Tampere came there too :) It was just the best- but I forgot my camera... At least I found some of the photos. It was all about fun from thursday to sunday, we had a xmas goose, drunken pony called reijo, many great singers, beatbox and dance battles, 2 cottages where to hang out (and our was right behind the biggest stage...:D), sauna, warm water, a tent area, good food, the best company, enough food and drinks, the best ideas ever.... etc. (+ random guys who entertaned us by shouting different silly things to us... and those random people who got lost into our cottage...=D)

my baby was little tired
love those husky eyes.

'we must stand together, hand in hand forever'

Hello,

This weekend was just great, my holiday began and the stress is off my shoulders for now. I had great time at Kpää again and now I´m in Mikkeli at my parents house. It was so nice to meet my friends again and kinda leave my brains to Kuopio. I still brought my books to Mikkeli though because days can really be boring while Xmas; every place is closed and all my friends are on their own laptops inside and they cant´t go out. At least there are so many good Disney cartoons on Tv every year! + I really hope that there will be ice so that I could go at least skating!!

Now I have to show you my new jeans and my new knit from GT. Why am I so excited because of my jeans? Because they are my first in 5 years... :D I have this pretty not so usual shape of hips so that no jeans really flatter my figure. Except of theese Kristen jeans. Ok I could have taken the size 25/32 because this is a little too big now, but maybe next time. At least I have now one pair of jeans I can really be comfortable of wearing. One thing is sure now... they won´t be my last. (ok I do have jeans in my closet but they don´t fit me anymore, or they are just too stretched etc...)

And the change of topic: I really don´t understand why people (including me this time) tolerate the bad feeling more than it should be tolerated. Why not try to solve things that are responsible of causing it to us as soon as possible? I really have to step up in this. All you need is to open your mouth and get some voice (ok not just the basic amaammamamööömm.. but the real words) out of you to break the ice and start the conversation (You´ll possibly notice that the other one of you has waited for that amaammamamööömm for those long 5 hours). You just have to be brave and believe that nothing bad is going to happen because of your effort- it can be tiny and not really convincing with sounding brave or strong- but it´s still something. It can still be enough for the other person to relax and be able to solve things out for the best. All you really have to do is to be brave- nothing more- but sometimes even that can be a big barrier to someone who really is not used to those moments, or who has only bad memories of being brave. Just remember: believe in yourself and everything will be just fine. At least I´ll try.

This place says boom boom bangadangabang

Here I am, still sick and in pain. I hate this so much. I also had to go to meet my dentist today- they are planning to remove two of my wisdom teeth and some other things too. Nice. I was late from there because of the lock on my bicycle. It just didn´t want to open so I had to go to buy a new one after breaking it. I just love the way how shit always accumulates at the same time :) I needed also some new knits because it´s just starting to bee too cold so I headed to H&M and bought those both for only 14 euros! :) It´s one great deal I could say. Luckily I don´t need to be in a hunger- I made myself some pizza yesterday of the ingredients in my   kitchen. I´m also craving for fruits now and I just can´t stop eating kiwi-fruits! They are just so delicious and easy to eat... and sooooo juicy. I just love berries and fruits, and I really can´t understand people who don´t like them :o They´re even better than candy! Every time I´m watching tv I just get even worse picture of americans... How on Earth don´t they know that if they want water they can REFILL the old water bottle? I just don´t know what the fuck their parents are doing if not teaching them stuff about life and living (they don´t have to kill the entire planet with unknowledge) Hmmp maybe I´ll get some new strength for cleaning up this place. I just feel like I could sleep the whole time even if it´s sunny outside.

shake your bun bun

Now it´s time to enjoy the weekend and take it a bit easier. I´m still going to study but I think not so much as on past four days. It´s time to meet people and laugh with them - not just alone watching this.... :D I want those Christmas lights too - it would be a perfect partyhouse for me, my sisters and my cousins...

I just can´t stop thinking about what would be my own reaction if one of those cars passing by was mine... :D Maybe I would just hit a tree...  I think I have to start shaking my bun now and go to have some fun. Sabina told me also that my new coat has arrived and that it looks perfect! Can´t wait to wear it- then it will not be this cold... :) ps that shirt you see on me I just got it back from girls- I´ve been missing it a lot so I didn´t even want to wash it before using it again. haha my baby came home <3  Have a great weekend guys :)

Walk the river and other things I love when it´s raining

I know now for sure that it´s autumn. Today I had the priviledge to wear my raincoat again and go to school by bycicle (not the most wonderful combo in such a hurry but...). It was still nice to come back home when I just could pedal my bike slow, smell the air and grass and the sweet scent from rotting apples. It was just nice to wonder around and be amazed. Everyday is not a "oh I love the rain"- day (when you have something you´de like to do without umbrellas and raincoats like having picnics out). But what do I actually love about rain and the autumn?

-All trees are dressed in different colours from yellow to pinky red. It´s so wonderful.
- Wearing sweaters and leather jackets
- Nights with candles and big pillows
- Hot chocolate with some spices: chili, cinnamon, mint, ginger, clove, allspice, peppermint, marshmellows, smarties, caramel... etc
- The sound of rain on my windows, it´s such a great way to fall asleep
- Walking around with your umbrella and just watching around, the nature is so beautiful
- Going to pick some berries, mushrooms and eating new apples directly from the trees
- Baking and cooking- I always get excited and have enough time to do that
- Autumn makes me wanna decorate my home, each year
- Seeing your breath
- Long walks at night
- You always have time for yourself- you can have a spa at your home :)
- When you can´t go out- you can always go to the gym
- Watching great movies
- Hugging and kissing in chillllllllly weather- makes you warm :)
- Jumping in big piles of leaves
- Seeing how raindrops go down your window and guessing which one is going to be first
- Watching calm lakes and the amazing mist above it
- Autumn sunsets
- Lightning the fireplace
- Wearing scarves and mittens
- Pumpkins- nothing more to add
- Morning fogs
- Flushed ckeeks
- Listening to the sound when leaves drop off
- Dressing up- so much more great opportunities to mix and match
- Crispy and fresh air- makes you happy and cheery
- Listening to the good music with no hurry, for exc. this song :)

Yep I think I love autumns too :) Hope you do too!

Melankolian riemut

Yes I have had happy days happy happy happy days I have had. Yes. Right now my mood isn't the best. In your life you have to learn how to make yourself happy even if you think the whole world is coming down. Everybody will hurt you - you just have to find the right ones worth suffering for. If they aren't you know there's no reason to be upset- you are worth something much better. I can´t help it Anna Puu always makes me think about stuff with her songs. Love yourself and you will be able to get over every little detail that once hurt you.

How to deal with the fact you've lost someone? When I heard about all those people in Norway I was in a shock. I just can´t understand those angry people who want to kill other people, people who kill animals just for fun like those cute little dolphins in Denmark, I can´t understand those things happening in the Middle East nor in Africa and no I can´t still understand the fact that I - yes me myself and I- am a refugee myself too just because of war- because of the people who think it´s ok to kill. I hope they all rot in hell if there is such one. I know the pain Norwegians are feeling now- war is a everyday subject in our house. You´ll always remember the tragedies and think about times before everything happened. What would the life be now without all that? Nobody has the answers. One thing I´ve learned about this world is that it wont be the last one- you just have to know how to deal with the sorrow and all mixed up- feelings. Time helps it doesn't cure. I´m very very sorry for humankind and I can just hope there will be day when people learn how to appreciate each others. Rest in peace all you who were killed in Norway. Amen.

maapallo

This weekend has been nice ! Friday was perfect, first it was all about working but even that was fun :)! Then I met Elina and we went out twith her, Elvira, Henna and Suvi to see Raappana perform. After that it was time to hang out in the port and then we went to Kharma. There was this foamparty and Raappana and eveyone was out! It was so nice to see old friends and sit at the terrace and dance. After all that fun we were hungry so I left the place with Sanni and we went to Angela to grab some pizza. It was so full in every pizzeria but luckily we only had to wait 5mins ! haha.

Well saturday was all about chilling. I went aout with my sisters and red a book. It was a perfect don´t have to do anything- day. Before sleeping I watched the movie Orphans. It was weird... and I cried. Ehhe ehhe... I always cry while watching a movie... At least I had a perfect time before it- full of joy!
